„The staff was very helpful with booking tours and answering questions for our trip. They were very great with helping me get a flower arrangement for my wife and having it wait6at the property when we arrived. We celebrated our 5th Anniversary hear. The villa is located conveniently to town. Lots of birds and catching the spunds of some howlers in the distance. There are some Giant Toads that will visit you on the back dek at night. They mind their own business tho.“

„Geschirr war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Bad auch schimmelig und voll mit Bauschaum und viel zu viel Silikon an der Wanne. Insgesamt alles eher nur auf den ersten Blick schön, bei genauerem Hinschauen müsste viel renoviert werden. Ein Esstisch hat gefehlt. An der Küchentheke konnte man nicht gut sitzen. Dafür war der Pool schön, das Haus hatte viel Platz, bequeme Betten und Sofa und der Garten toll angelegt. Auf meine WhatsApp hatte niemand reagiert. “

„We recently stayed at this villa in June and it was a great experience! The concierge staff is so professional and very prompt in their responses! They were very helpful in helping book our local activities and tours! The house itself is in a great location, though a little further from the city center (which we were ok with!). „Great house, a short walk to LaFortuna town center with all the amenities you would need -- Groceries, restaurants and souvenirs. House worked well for our family of 7. Kitchen stocked with decent pots, dishes and cooking utensils. Pool provides a nice break after a day of touring. Property pictures accurately represent house. Listing states no a/c in living area. Additional cooling in those spaces would make the property even better “

„We had a great time staying in this location. The view of the volcano is so nice, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Being so close to the highway, you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Having Soda La Palma next door was great! We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed all over Costa Rica during our 12 day trip, and one of the highlights was the chilera served with the empanadas. The garden behind the soda is beautiful and my daughter loved Balu ...

„The property is beautiful and security was stellar. My only piece of feedback and recommendation would be for there to be more clothes hangers. We had to go buy some. Additionally, there really needs to be pool towels, using the white bath towels for the pool wasn’t great. We had to wash them multiple times.“
