„The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At ...

It has a great location on the property where you can see the beach really well, get to enjoy the sunset, super close to the pool and pool bar. Easy access to the beach! Great property for families! Mostly quiet free of the party scene and very safe!“
