„die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, die Ventilatoren auch. Es gab für 6 Leute weni Geschirr umd Messer z.B., wenig Tassen, die Töpfe ohne Deckel. Wir hatten Schwierifkeiten, die Hausnummer zu finden und es gab keine Kontakttelefonnummer der beauftragten Person Lidia. Das Schloss der Schlafzimertür war kaputt.“
