"The hotel is ideally located for the ferry to/from Port Hardy. Check-in was easy, even late at night. The room was well-equipped and quiet. We would be happy to return."

"The in-room safe needed battery replacement - was done in due time. The toilet got jammed later in the evening - no one to help, someone just deposited the needed tool in front if the door an the called by phone that we did not react on nocking at the door - and the respective person now left the site… a bit annoying to say at least… All ice machines not functional - receptionist told someone is takin care - the „it us fuxed now, go and get ice…“ - guess what: it was still out of order."
