„The overall experience was good. Hot tub jets weren’t working due to maintenance. The breakfast was good although a little chaotic. They have a waffle station, a hot food selection as well as cereal, cereals, fruit, etc. The cookies at check-in were hit with my husband. Our room was the king suite with balcony, which was a great room. There was a Jacuzzi tub, which would’ve been more enjoyable If the Jets didn’t keep shutting off after only two minutes however still a fabulous spacious room. I ...

The toilet got jammed later in the evening - no one to help, someone just deposited the needed tool in front if the door an the called by phone that we did not react on nocking at the door - and the respective person now left the site… a bit annoying to say at least…
All ice machines not functional - receptionist told someone is takin care - the „it us fuxed now, go and get ice…“ - guess what: it was still out of order.“
