Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... “

„This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left.
