„Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Room seems dark and cluttered. Bedding is very clean and white but very heavy. Extra blanket in drawer was appreciated. Lack of light was a problem to read. Floor lamp needs to be by the big chair. A/C unit works well but very noisy and blows continually. Ironing boards are outdated and seldom used. Rack with hangers way too close to sink. Lots of hot water and good shower. Picture totally inaccurate on ad. All in all it was a very good price ...

„After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. „Assigned to cabin #6 but it was not clean. So I went back to the office and many appoligies and they put me in cabin #4 It was good, a little rustic and had one surge strip that didn't work but the livingroom surge strip worked fine. Got to see fish in the river swimming. The only drawback was the trains. They went thru about 3 times a night, whistle blowing and wheels shreecking. But after the first night you can tune it out. Management was so helpful. Good people and good stay. Lots of birds ...

„It was older but well maintained. Location was near to many attractions and a short drive from downtown and other attractions. Staff always had a smile and provided useful tips. Breakfast was as advertised--grab and go. For a budget conscious traveler who was mostly interested in sleeping and showering in the room, this was perfect.“

„Rooms and property were well maintained. My only two complaints are that the bed was uncomfortable and needed replaced and the toilet sat so low it was like trying to get off the floor, and nothing to help assist you up. The lady at the front desk is amazing!“

The location was perfect and close to everything we were planning to do in Branson. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Branson.
