„The cottage is as described on Vrbo. It felt like home for the 4 of us. It is walking distance to the center of town.“

„Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant.“

„Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.“

„We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade.“

„The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.“

„We stayed 4 nights and had the best time. Very private and beautiful place yo stay, had everything we needed. We were close to wine tasting, birding, resturants and exploring sedona. Would love to stay there again.“

„Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.“

„This little cabin checked all of the boxes. It was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and beat of all -quiet. The hot tub under the stars was awesome. Bridget is right there if you need anything, and her dogs are so sweet. We loved the walk to the creek! This is definitely one we would stay in again.“

„Had a small issue checking in but the property owner quickly remedied the situation to our satisfaction. This was our second day and we were not disappointed. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would highly recommend!!“

„Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep.“

„The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. The manager/s did reply promptly to a question I had about the ...

„The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm“

„Wir haben insgesamt 7 Tage dort verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist in gutem Zustand. Die Studios sind sehr ansprechend und großzügig angelegt. Wir haben täglich ausgiebig die Hiking Trails erkundet und uns anschließend am Whirlpool und Pool erholt. Abends bereiteten wir uns mehrfach Steaks auf den bereitstehenden BBQ Grills zu. Ganz besonderen Dank an Tracy und Gary für die super freundliche Hilfe, wir kommen wieder! “

„Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem schön und gemütlich. Guest laundry war kostenlos. Es gab einen Wäschekorb im Zimmer mit Waschmittel und trocknertüchern. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen werden wir es wieder buchen. Vor allem wenn man mit 2 Pärchen reist und den Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern bucht ist das Resort ideal, da das zweite Schlafzimmer in einem eigenen Gebäude liegt und ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. “
