You will have an electricity and water allowance of 50 USD per day. The allowance is sufficient when using the utilities consciously. For example shut off the AC’s when you not using or not at home. We will monitor the usage as well and when you are using too much we will warn you first so you can adjust your usage.

We try to give you as much as privacy and rest during your stay but we are always close by to assist you and try to solve any issues you might have as quickly as possible.

Even though the villa is situated close to the beach and the High Rise Area, we do recommend renting a car for sightseeing, exploring other beaches and for large groceries.

It is possible to change the bed setting please ask for the possibilities
