The information provided about the rental and the wonderful location are accurate. It is just across the street from wonderful snorkeling beach and a couple of minutes’ walk to a nice sandy beach (Arashi) that also has a lively bar and some food.
While unit is in the back part of house, (the house is between the unit and ocean/beach views), it is very open and yet offers a lot of privacy. Small kitchen, bathroom and good sized bedroom. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, but with constant breezes, was not really a problem. Bedroom is very quiet (even with air conditioning running) and has small safe for valuables.
Located at the north end of the island (Cali lighthouse is 1/4 mile away), it is only 5 minutes (or so) to casino(s), the supermarket, restaurants, great kiteboarding or golf. Do recommend a car (you really don't need a 4 wheel drive if you are mindful and scratch a couple of spots in Arikok of the itinerary).
Viola and Veronika were accommodating hosts. We are very self-sufficient travelers/guests so we didn't have much/any contact after checking in. Some hosts can be "hovering", but this was not true at Beachwhitevilla and we definitely appreciated it.
A couple of things to keep in mind for this location.
There is no indoor (i.e. kitchen/dining) table, so you are basically always dining al fresco (outside). There is a nice large area/table, but there are mosquitos (not terrible) in the mornings and evenings. The barbeque is right there and works well. It can be a bit breezy, but we loved the area and ate every breakfast and dinner there.
Nice large flat-screen in bedroom, but reception (cable) was not good (nothing in HD) and Wi-Fi did not provide a consistently strong enough signal to use firestick/roku, etc. It is Aruba, so not sure why you would spend time watching TV, but no surprises.
Kitchen has all the basics appliances and is reasonably ok on utensils, glasses, etc. Other than salt/pepper/sugar and coffee filters (and oddly balsamic vinegar) there is nothing else in the kitchen, so you will need the basic staples (i.e. flour, spices, oil, etc.) if you plan to cook. No ice maker, but a number of ice cube trays which got us plenty for our blender drinks.
They do not provide shampoo/soap/conditioner/toothpaste etc. This should be obvious, (it is not a hotel), so bring your own (or you will have to buy it and as noted by others, be prepared to pay).
Overall a great place for us and loved Aruba!
