„I love the interior design of the house, it's very cozy and warmth. I love the location because it's peaceful and quiet but it has some disadvantages; the location is quite far from the city and if youre travelling with senior citizen do not book the second floor(that was my mistake) because it's a struggle for them to climb the stairs but they loved the view upstairs. „Mountainside Inn is a small and very basic family run guesthouse with only 5 rooms, located perfectly central within the little town of El Nido, but a bit off the busy Main Street. Rooms are tiny and just fit a 1,40 m bed and a small bathroom. Latter has cold water only, but given the climate it’s really all you need. Aircon is noisy, but I did not need it even though it was quite hot outside. During power shortages they have a generator which is noisy as well, but my room was to the other side ...

„Die Besitzerin ist total Sweet, kümmert sich um alles. Preis/Leistung ist top. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen, waren insgesamt 6 Nächte dort. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Kaltwasserdusche. Keine Angst, man gewöhnt sich dran. Einzig negativer Punkt ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße. “

„This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring. “

„Staff helpful, ok breakfast, showers heater didnt work, the pillows had dark spots and the bed smelled like moisture and mold, they arrange all the trips you want for a good price, breakfast is pretty good and you eat it infront of your own door which is nice. The room was in bad shape but the hotel is cheap so you shouldnt expect anything fancy. They should just change the beds and pillows atleast.“
