Nive Hotel for staying in Nizwa
Quiet, located a litte outside of Nizwa, opposite of the university of applied sciences and at the great road into Nizwa town. Very helpful people with good tips for trips to the surrounding attractions. The appartments are ok but nothing special. The numerous WLAN repeaters are not able to provide you with access in all of your rooms. All in all recommendable!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist überaus freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Nizwa, da dort aber eh nicht viel zu sehen ist, macht das nichts.

Oase der Ruhe und Sauberkeit
Das Hotel liegt ruhig an der Straße von Nizwa nach Birkat al-Mauz. Wenige Hundert Meter entfernt findet sich ein guter Supermarkt. Unser Appartement war groß, ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Wir schliefen hervorragend. EDer Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Grosse Appartements mit super Service
Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist ausgerüstet um Frühstück zu machen und es hat eine Waschmaschine. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto, da es am Stadtrand liegt (ca 15 Min Fahrt bis zum Fort). Es ist sehr ruhig und gut zu finden.

Nice hotel near Jebel Akhdar, good value f money
We stayed 3 nights in that hotel with our whole family in their 2 bedroom apartments. Great value for money. Large and clean rooms, free WiFi (max number of devices per login limited unfortunately) and breakfast available in the restaurant downstairs for 10 OMR. The hotel is a bit outside of Nizwa but it's a perfect location for driving up to Jebel Akhdar

Grosse Zimmer mit perfekter Ausstattung.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen um in die Stadt zu kommen und um Ausflüge zu machen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Perfekt war der grosse Kühlschrank mit Eisfach - so haben wir unsere grossen Wasserflaschen endlich wieder kalt bekommen. Der Service ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilftsbereit. Alle sprechen perfektes Englisch und kennen sich in der Umgebung gut aus.

Große Zimmer, top Service
Sehr große und saubere Zimmer. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers gehen in einen Schacht, was aber nicht wirklich stört (es ist dadurch vielleicht sogar kühler und ruhiger). Große Küche, wobei keine Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, muss man sich eventuell extra darum kümmern. Herausragend ist das Service. Der Manager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht sehr gut Englisch. Mit eigenem Fahrzeug ist die Lage kein Problem, aber wenn man das nicht hat, ist man etwas im Abseits. In Summe kann ich das Hotel als sehr gut weiterempfehlen!

We stayed here 2 nights in a 2 bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable and very clean with great sheets and good towels. Easy to control the AC for each room. Amazing water pressure on the showers with quite ample hot water. Well stocked kitchen with some waters to. We actually got to enjoy the buffet dinner one evening which was tasty with variety. Grilled Chicken and mutton , a veggie curry, biryani rice, yummy yummy homemade chicken soup clearly made with bones as it was thick and delicious. Great salad bar etc. The staff were so hospitable greeting us at our car, carrying our luggage up to the room and checking us in efficiently. . We had a schedule delays getting to the hotel on check in day and they communicated very clearly that all was ok with our reservation They offered great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Definitely enjoy the food and the scene at Al Marshef ( nearby and recommended by Anu the manager). arranged a driver to take us up for fun half day trip into the Al Hagar mountains- did couple cool side hikes and then enjoyed a sunset -this is true hospitality! It’s only about 10 min drive to city center but if you have a car - easy free parking. Grocery and ATM near by. Highly recommend this place for the friendly nurturing hospitality.

A delightful experience
I had a great experience. The hotel is just off a roundabout on a main road, and very easy to find. The staff had my booking and room ready when I arrived, and expedited my check-in. I had just come from a few days of camping and all I wanted was a warm shower, so this nice touch was very appreciated. The room was very clean, with good wi-fi, satellite television, and a lot of space to stretch out and relax. The staff was tremendously courteous and most helpful with directions and recommendations. For me this was recommendations about good food, as well as contacts within the Nizwa souq for easy shopping. I would recommend this to anyone without reservation.

The apartment is neat and clean with nice furniture in kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bedroom. The staffs are friendly and very willing to help. I left a cell phone in my room and the hotel staff called me and I am be able to pick it up before leaving Nizwa.

Let me start by saying I don't usually leave reviews, but this property and manager/staff was first class. Anu, the property manager, came out and greeted us apon arrival and made us feel welcomed. His staff prepared the room as we checked in, ie sanitized, turned on water heater and ac and took our luggage up. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Anu also gave us some recommendations like a Turkish restaurant to eat, who to deal with at the Nizwa souq and more. We enjoyed our stay so much we even went back and stayed another night. Three nights total, great experience. Again Anu knows his job very well and his experience shows. Thank you Anu and staff, we'll always remember your hotel and time spent there.

The Niswa Hotel Apartnents was very comfortable and conveniently located on the new part of the city, close to the road to Jebel Shams and Misfat Al Abriyeen. The Manager, Mr. Anu, made our stay even more pleasant with his personal attention; he gave us great advise for things to see and maximize our time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff and fantastic value!
We stayed for a night as a family of four and the experience was top-notch. The staff, led by the Hotel manager (Mr. Anu) -- are reflective of what hospitality should be- warm, friendly and going the extra step to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean and the views from the room are amazing. If you get one of the room facing west, the sunset views can be gorgeous. The location is slightly on the outskirts, which is actually a good thing. It is a 15 min drive into the main city. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recomend this place.

Really helpful staff amazing delux apartment ... we have stayed in 6 different hotels on this holiday and this one had the best beds and loads of space in the apartment With a car it’s a quick and easy journey into Nizwa .... lovely visiting in the evening when most of the tourists have gone away !

This is where you want to stay in Nizwa
We have stayed in hotels all over the world and never received the kind of personal attention we experienced at Nizwa Hotel Apartments. First off, our 2 bedroom apartment was about 350 square meters in size with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. We arrived by Mwasalat bus from Muscat and if you come by bus be sure to tell them when you purchase your bus ticket where you are staying. There are 2 routes into Nizwa and only certain buses use the road by the hotel. If you take the right bus they'll drop you right out in front. Since we didn't have a car we hoped to find a driver with a 4 wheel drive to visit the sights. Immediately on arrival we were greeted by Anu, the general manager. He told us not to worry and immediately arranged a guide for that afternoon. As it turned out, we used the guide for 2 half days and 1 full day and couldn't have been happier with the service and the price. Over the three days and 2 nights we stayed we got to spend a fair amount of time talking with and getting to know Anu. A nicer, more generous, and helpful individual would be almost impossible to find. He is someone we hope to see again.

Etablissement excentré. Les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés. Il est compliqué de bien dormir car c’est mal insonorisé et il y a de nombreuses routes avec beaucoup de circulation qui entourent l’hôtel. Pas de restaurant à proximité,mieux vaut avoir un véhicule. Gros bemol sur les horaires du petit-dejeuner ouvert uniquement de 7 h à 9 h. C’est vraiment trop tôt. Le manager est vraiment très gentil et serviable.

Appreciate your candid feedback, yet it is bewildering to know of the poor soundproofing and traffic noise as we are definitely away from the road as mentioned, seems this is a mixed feedback of other hotel. Secondly, we have a very flexible outlook with our guests and we cherish catering to tailor-made needs of the guests, wish you had mentioned the desired breakfast time.

The overwhelming thing to remember about this hotel is the amazing staff especially the Manager. We stayed in a great sized two bedroom apartment. Very clean. Only concern was slow internet that kept dropping out. Great breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Service excellent
Sejour d'une nuit seulement, à 4. Les appartements sont spacieux, environnement calme. Le service est vraiment exceptionnel notamment grâce à Anu qui s'occupe de ses clients comme personne.

Appartamento in posizione strategica
Ho affittato un appartamento (lo definirei cosí) bello, pulito, dotato di cucina e doppi servizi. Molto gradevole. Posizione isolata ma strategica per visitare i luoghi d’interesse della regione. Una nota particolarmente positiva é data dal personale. Siamo stati assistiti in modo professionale e gentile. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare e ristoranti.

A warm welcome awaits you..........
An extremely large apartment and helpful and efficient staff. The hotel is run by Mr Anu, the courteous and helpful General Manager, who went that "extra mile" to ensure that we had a great stay. Note that there was no restaurant or bar but Mr Anu organised a taxi and suggested excellent restaurants nearby.
