The location is perfect, right at Mirissa Beach, and the hotel is in excellent condition, well maintained, and clearly run with pride and care. What truly makes NIIRA special, however, is the people. The managers and every single staff member work in perfect harmony, creating a genuinely warm, professional, and welcoming environment. The team is extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful, always going the extra mile with a smile. The food selection is fantastic, offering a wide range of top quality options for every taste and beautifully presented. A very special highlight: I needed a quiet room for an important meeting, and when I asked, the team immediately offered me a suite free of charge for the meeting.
