"The room was excellent and met my expectations. The two receptionists who assisted during check-out were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was less positive. The blonde receptionist appeared rather unfriendly and seemed to do only the minimum required, without the warmth or hospitality one would typically expect from a Radisson property. After a long drive, a welcoming first impression makes a significant difference, and in this case it was somewhat disappointing. Overall, the room and the kindness of the check-out staff left a positive impression, but the arrival experience could certainly be improved."

"Sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor der Haustüre und excellentes Frühstück. Die Innenstadt war per Taxi schnell und günstig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Ljubljana sehr gerne wieder."
