„Bei der Ankunft sollten wir erst das Auto auf den hinteren Parkplatz fahren, was das Transportieren der Koffer für uns mehr als erschwert hätte. Der Servicegeber/ Eigentümer ließ sich da noch für die Koffer "erweichen". Wir mussten uns noch rechtfertigen, dass wir schon um 13.30 Uhr angekommen sind. Dann wurde er etwas freundlicher. „Inn is beautiful and historic. Inn and all rooms were clean, nicely decorated with natural and historic scenes. The bathroom was spacious with soft and plush towels. Dining area lovely with long wooden table. Chef was very nice and her breakfast was excellent and tastefully laid out. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future.“

„I thought the bathroom was in the room. There was a sink in the room but I had to go outside my room to use the toilet and shower. I called about it since there is no staff on site. I was told that there was nothing they could do as all rooms booked. When I arrived there were a few keys sitting there for people who had not arrived so think changes could have been made. My room reservation said park view. I had no park view. The location is very nice but beware of what your room actually is. ...

It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.“
