The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy.The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing.“

„We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense.
