Hotel was excellent. Location, staff and conditions were 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend to family and also be beck myself. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch too.

Staff was amazing right off the top. Cleanest place I've ever stayed. Only down side for someone with food allergies, there was no microwave or dishes in the room so eating in the room was a bit of a challenge. Those personal drawbacks aside would absolutely recommend staying here, and we will stay again if we return to Niagara Falls. And to the staff thank you for a memorable stay!!

Second time staying at this hotel. Beautiful, spacious and clean room with comfy beds. Great location to all restaurants and entertainment. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Very large rooms with nice features. Daily breakfast delivered to your door. Short walk to the strip for everything. We had a nice fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. Nicely setup coffee station in the lobby. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel to add this to your short list

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was close to all amenities and the staff and service was above and beyond anywhere else I have stayed. My room was upgraded without having to ask. When I checked out I spoke to Greg who was very friendly and asked about our stay. I would recommend anyone traveling to Niagara Falls to stop looking any further for a hotel and book this one as you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, spacious rooms, clean, this is a boutique inn and it felt welcoming. The beds were a bit hard for me but still slept great. Parking was convenient on location. Walking distance to Clifton Hill. The breakfast in bed was amazing. I will always return to this hotel when I visit Niagara Falls.
