one of the best price values within north america, located at the outskirts of Niagara Falls (still within a walkable distance of 15-25 minutes to the main attractions), clean rooms, clean little pool, great variety at the breakfast, some decent dining options (mainly Indian) next door. two minor issues: gym opens at 9 am, a bit late in my opinion, and there is way too much plastic litter at the breakfast (unfortunately a standard in american countries).

Good breakfast and pretty clean room. But, gosh, they are extremely nit-picky about extended check-out time policies. They gave us an extra 45 minutes past our 11am check out time. That was great and I was grateful for it. But, we were 5 minutes late in making it out at that exact time, primarily because I have a broken arm and everything takes more time, especially in the morning. The maid knocked at exactly the 45 minute mark with an angry expression. We said we'd be a few minutes because I had a broken arm. She returned 2-3 minutes later with a supervisor. I expressed how unreasonable this was given my broken arm, but they didn't seem to get it. I then mentioned this rigidity to the front desk supervisor, and he said their approach was totally reasonable and that I was merely unappreciative. I have never experienced this kind of nit-picky behaviour from any hotel in the past.

AJ was extremely welcoming! He made check in and check out quick and easy. The handle of my toilet came off, and I called the front desk, in no less than 5mins someone came up. Pleasantly surprised. This was a clean cozy comfortable hotel. Beds & pillows super comfortable. Breakfast included & it consisted of everything you’d want except not enough lactose free items such as yogurt. Would’ve been nice to have coffee set up at coffee station on ground floor in early morning as our keurig wasn’t working very well in our room. The pool was great! Nice size pool & water temperature good. Overall great value for the price. I would stay here again.

We made a very last minute reservation here for two rooms after arriving at a less than desirable Airbnb and deciding not to stay. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, very, very nice staff. Parking was easy, plentiful and not priced too outrageously (for Niagara Falls). We would definitely be happy to stay here again and probably will.

The hotel was a bit dated and run down. With that being said everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast although your standard hotel breakfast was good and provided value to the stay. All and all I think this is the perfect property if you just need something quick. It’s cheap and in a good location.

Dining for breakfast was great. Lots of extra seating and the breakfast staff was fantastic keeping up the food and maintenance during the crazy rush of people each morning. The room was ok and a bit outdated however we had a few ants everyday on the walls or floors (bigger ants) which was a bit of a turn off. The bathroom has no exhaust fan so bathroom steams up pretty bad while showing. The pool deck has rust and hair clumps around, could be cleaner.

Staff was friendly but did nothing to truly address our issues and the hotel was highly undesirable. We were there with a large group of people and had a number of problems. My hotel room smelled like chemicals were used to cover up smoke in the room. The walls were paper thin and sounded like the room next to us was in our room and we could hear their AC running all night long. Another room had a bed that broke when they sat on it. A third room had ants that were everywhere. Staff came to spray for ants and put tape in the room but wouldn’t give them a different room. Absolutely disgusting that they had to stay in a room that was sprayed and that has ants!!!! Bathrooms didn’t have vents and windows don’t open so no circulation. Overall too many problems. We go to Niagara Falls on a regular basis for both basketball tournaments and visit as we live 2 hours away. We have stayed at many hotels and this one was by far the worst experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Here's a bad review for Comfort Hotel based on your feedback: I recently booked a room at Comfort Hotel based on the pictures I saw on Expedia, and let me tell you, the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. The room I booked, supposedly with two queen beds, had barely enough space to turn around in. The cleanliness was subpar at best, with stains on the linens and questionable hygiene overall. To add insult to injury, the breakfast, while decent in terms of food quality, was served in a cramped space that hardly accommodated the guests. It felt more like a rush-hour subway than a relaxing dining experience. For the exorbitant room rate charged, this hotel falls woefully short of expectations. In summary, if you're looking for comfort and cleanliness, look elsewhere. Comfort Hotel fails to live up to its name and certainly doesn't justify its high price tag. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.
