„The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. But other than that a very pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again in summer to make better use of the ...

"Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche Personal, durch das man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Ein großer Vorteil ist das hauseigene Restaurant, das man am Abend nutzen kann – das Essen dort war einfach hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und hat mich absolut begeistert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"Im ganzen war alles gut, bis auf das Personal…. Man merkte das wie alles wie auf einer Liste abgearbeitet wurde und das alles ohne Seele und Emotion. Dazu kommt noch die Unfreundlichkeit. Das Personal sollte man neu strukturieren und Ihnen beim Empfang der Gäste ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern. Was man noch erwähnen könnte, ist das es Zimmer ohne Fenster gibt. Den ein Zimmer für eine Nacht ohne Fenster lag bei uns bei 150 Franken was eindeutig zu viel ist und somit keine 4 Sterne wert ist."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Ox Spean Bridge Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Da unser Zug sehr früh abfuhr, hat der Chef extra für uns ein frühes Frühstück vorbereitet – eine unglaublich nette Geste, die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die persönliche Betreuung und die familiäre Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!"

"Das Hotel Loch Ness Clansman ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, befand sich in einem Nebengebäude und es war kuschelig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Vom Hotel aus führt ein Wanderweg nach oben, wo man einen schönen Blick auf Loch Ness hat. "
