„Stayed 3 nights to attend NASCAR race in Newton. House was only half hour drive away from track. Very comfortable house for my group of 6 to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet. No troubles accessing house or garage. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We used the lawn chairs and grill one night. Otherwise not there much because we were at the track. Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to shower each night. Comfortable and roomy.“

It was surprising at first to see how small it was on the outside, but the inside is furnished perfectly for overnight stays.We left a foam mattress topper that we bought brand new to soften up the bed and it made a huge difference.Everything was really well designed and placed. „This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed. “
