The space feels bright and inviting; the perfect spot to relax in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner whilst watching a film on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room has all the appliances needed to prepare a home cooked meal and there’s also a handy utility area.

The property has two charming en-suite bedrooms. The first is furnished with a super kingsize zip and link bed which can be set-up with twin beds if requested and an en-suite shower room. The second stylish bedroom has a kingsize bed and a beautiful en-suite with a roll-top bath and a handheld shower attachment.

Spark up the barbecue on your raised decking and enjoy a touch of al fresco dining whilst watching the day end. Or perhaps just enjoy a glass of something whilst watching the flurry of activity take place on and over the large pond. There are many sandy beaches located within a short drive including Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton.

Ashburton itself offers a great local shopping experience, with a variety of independent shops in the compact town centre making browsing a pleasure. Other nearby attractions and places of interest in the area include Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.
