The sleek kitchen complete with integrated appliances and a breakfast bar with seating has been designed with socialising in mind, inviting chats over morning coffees or for enjoying a glass of bubbly while dinner is prepared. 1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pod Point Solo 3 EV charger (7kW) is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please note, the EV charger is non tethered so guests will need to connect their own type 1 or 2 leads.
