„The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but ...

„C'est noté que la réception est ouverte depuis 11h du matin. Mais il n'y a pas de réception. Chambre sale. Salle de bain commune. À fuir.“

„We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests.“

„Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.“

„The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.“

„The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel“

„Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!“

„Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved“

„We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up ...

„Absolutely avoid at all costs - hubby and children were left without any place to stay when hosts lost booking“
