„Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. Condo has all you need provided: garbage bags, dish soap & detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Well lit bright newer building condo with garage to park ...

„The property was cute and clean. We thought we saw double beds in one room, nonetheless, there was plenty of room for us. The owner was communicative. If we needed anything, I felt he was only a text away. We will definitely use this property for all of our business trips in Evansville.“

Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch.
