„Owner gave a pass code to get into the property thru the front door. The same pass code was used to access bedroom doors inside but those locks were troublesome and didn't seem to work as intended. We learned to never close the doors to avoid the issue. In general everything appeared clean. However, our one year old ended up with very black hands and knees after crawling on the floors. „Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. „Property was close enough to stores and restaurants if needed. House is located in the rural area of the county (very peaceful). Property had all of the necessary kitchen utensil, pots, pans, and dishes that was needed for this trip. “

„My main concern at our stay was the lack of cleanliness of the house overall, the entrance had outside dirt, dry leaves and cobwebs .The kitchen table and chairs still had dirt on them from the previous guests, the microwave and oven were not cleaned either with small crumbs of old food, and lots of finger prints on the doors. The refrigerator had food in it from the previous guests. The bathroom didn’t seem to be well cleaned either which I have notified the owner. The house was cozy.“
