„Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. „I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem.
