„We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. „Cheap, location was okay if you have car. Good setup, but bathroom you have to walk through a bedroom. Perfect though and seamless check in“

„The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high.“

„The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am ...
