This wonderful ground level apartment is positioned to capture all day sun, and it has breathtaking blue water views. Light and bright, with a beachy decor, you will feel instantly relaxed when you arrive. Open the doors, slide back the windows and breath in the sea air and watch the waves rolling in. In the morning, sit outside with your morning coffee then wander down the path directly to the beach for a stroll.

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, master with a comfortable super king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom with a king single bed and a single bed. The lounge also has a really good quality sofa bed, so plenty of room for the entire family to come together to make special family memories. You won't mind cooking here with a fully equipped kitchen that looks out to the ocean.

Additional features include a washing machine, air conditioning and wifi. Please note the TV does no have standard channels but has Chrome Cast which allows you to view free apps such as TVNZ Live, TV on Demand, Three Now and YouTube, as well as paid apps such as Netflix, Sky, Disney etc. Public parking is available on the waterfront.

Covid-19 cancellation policy.For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.

PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
