„This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. “

„Wonderful beach house, spectacular views from large decks with rocking chairs, big kitchen/great room area that can accommodate a large family gathering well. Wifi works well. Really handy washer and dryer. The outside gas grill was a lovely bonus! Hosts were responsive and generous. Could use an extra bathroom with a full house, but otherwise ideal for a large family gathering. “

Everything shown is really there, plus more. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the garage. From towels to trash bags the owner assures you have more supplies than you could need. „GREAT beach house! Perfect for our 4-day stay in mid-September. I was thrilled to find this on VRBO because we could not stay for a whole week. When I go to the beach, I’m not interested in a pool. This duplex offers easy access to the sand. The location is terrific because the beach is not crowded (no big condos nearby) and you can walk to the restaurant on the pier. The Island Grille is also just yards away, but even post-season we could not get a table! We did walk to Amos Mosquitos ...

„We loved this house, no smells , it was clean , tons of pots and pans, dishes , glasses and silverware. I cooked every day- there wasn’t one thing I needed that they didn’t have. It was a bit beachy funky in decor- loved every bit of it. Sort of an updated 70’s thing going on. All the appliances worked well , lots of seating ( there were 7 of us). Loved the dock, outdoor shower , and rocking chairs. The neighbors were friendly. We didn’t have one single issue. Even my 85 year old mother ...

We were pleasantly surprise to find there were new gates and separate fencing in the outdoor rear lower level deck which was great for our dog to hang out with us and it also kept him closed in with us.
