„Amy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didn’t have time to go to the store! It’s the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful ...

„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“

„It had a nice cozy warm home away from home vibe. The kiddo's were excited to actually see board games and us parents were excited to see them put their phones down to play. "After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "

"The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room."
