I have mixed feelings about this property. We stayed in the Family Suite with Balcony which was quiet and away from the main section of the property which was nice. However, the suite is actually two separate hotel rooms and only one has a bathroom. To access the bathroom, especially of a night, you need to unlock your door, go outside, unlock the second door and use the bathroom so we had to lock my other guest in their room of a night as we only had one key for each room and I needed it to use the bathroom of a night. The suite (rooms) were in an 'under construction' condition with wires hanging out of walls, no TV and the fridge in the room must have been 20 years old and was disgusting. The bathroom shower did not have a screen so water spilled all over the floor and toilet which was very annoying. The minerals in the water have ruined the main shower head so we had to use the hand held one which was also in very poor condition. The pictures of the hotel were nothing as we experienced. The roof top terrace didn't have any cushions or pillows and it was in fact a storage location for cement amongst other things as the entire property seems to be under construction but the staff never mentioned it or apologised for it which was very unusual. Parking can be challenging as there is no dedicated parking areas for this hotel so I imagine in peak periods it would be impossible. The positives were the staff and breakfast service. They are extremely friendly & helpful!

Bölgede en güzel manzaralardan birine sahip otelimizde gerek kahvaltı gerek oda temizliği gerekse personel anlamında çok memnun kaldık. Bize sundukları misafirperverlik için tüm çalışanlara işletme sahibi çifte teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar bölge için tatil düşünürsek tereddüt etmeden seçeceğim otel burası olur. Fiyat olarak bölge otelleri ile kıyaslanmayacak kadar uygun olması da cabası.

First of all, thank you for choosing Helike Cave Hotel. I wish you had informed me about the problems you wrote down when you were at the hotel, or you could have requested a room change. We are very sorry for the dust, unfortunately there is a lot of construction in Uçhisar this year and because our neighboring hotel is doing construction and your room has too many windows, you leave the window open, making it inevitable for the room to fill with dust. We are very sorry for the situation you have experienced. To make up for our mistake, we look forward to welcoming you to our hotel at another time during your Cappadocia holiday.

La chambre est top. La terasse commune est magnifique. La vue est juste incroyable. Le petit dejeuner est exquis! Un des meilleurs que j'ai mangé à Istanbul!! Le personnel est très aimable, serviable et attentionné. Respect totalement l'intimité (vous demande pour le manage, et ne frappe pas à votre porte comme dans la plupart des hôtels). I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel was very clean & Nice. At a perfect location for the view of the whole valley. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and inviting. We will def. be back.

Otel yeni bir otel. Kısmi eksikleri mevcut ancak sunduğu konfor, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel ve rakiplerine kutsala sahip olduğu inanılmaz manzara terasları (odada olmasa bile) bu açığı kapatıyor. Öyle ki sürekli eksik aramaya meyilli bir turizmci olarak TV olmadığını check out yaparken farkettim.

괴레메마을에서 조금 떨어져있어서 벌룬투어를 따로 예약하지 않았다면 뷰포인트까지 거리가 멈 그렇지만 주변 마을 뷰가 끝내줍니다ㅜㅜㅜ조식도 최고였어요

Great location and service
Family owns hotel and everyone is ready to help you. Great location to see the sunrise scenery with hot air balloons. Breakfast is included. Don’t eat to much because dishes keep on coming all home made. Some dust was falling down In the bathroom I imagine because it is a cave but overall I would stay here again no doubt.
