Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel!
Apart from the cleaning staff and waiters, most of the staff were rude. The main pool area was so packed. Fully inclusive to me means you get food/drink 24-7. Breakfast was 0600-1000 then a 2 hour gap before lunch which was only from 1200-1400. Then a further gap before the snack bar open which looked like it had stale pizzas and burgers. Then dinner from 1800-2200. But they would start clearing up from around 2100/30. So after 2200 nothing to eat unless you went out. No variety food wise. Pretty much the same each day except on Bulgaria night which had better meats. Italian night was rubbish - you were better off eating in the main restaurant. Our saviour was Soul Beach behind the Rui hotel. Fantastic beach. Nessebar is also a lovely place to visit and spend the day walking around the little shops and eating/drinking in the restaurants.

Negative experience
The good: Hotel kept clean, good kids pool and great water slides. The bad: No customers service skills whatsoever by most staff we met in the hotel and the same outside the hotel. The hotel had awful cold repetitive food that made us all sick at one stage. We would never got back to this hotel for this reason Animation team themselves good and very friendly but the entertainment the hotel choose to put on was very bad - they need to visit some good family friendly hotels and review their nightly entertainment. The kids loved the disco but were bored with the entertainment provided after it A lot of massive ants running around at your feet all the time around the pool area Finally I felt the hotel was out to make any extra money they could - a Photographer going around taking pics trying to get you to buy them, really expensive laundry prices per item (no price for a bag wash) and no self service laundry room, salon and spa constantly being promoted, really noticeable tips jars everywhere and the kids play area next to the hotel not included in the all Inclusive Bulgaria seems like a nice country but Sunny Beach is no place for families - sex shops on every corner, kids begging and just generally did not feel safe

Highly recommend with just a couple of caveats
I booked three nights with my 8 year old son and overall we had a great time. The food was good as where the facilities. My son and I both enjoyed the water slides, which was our main attraction for the booking. The only negatives I have are not from the stay, but from the things not explicitly stated or if they are, not obvious, at the time of booking. So, be aware that if you are driving by yourself to the hotel, parking is an additional charge. it's not much, but three nights added £15. Also, Wifi is a paid for service in your room and only available for free in the lobby. Finally, be aware that when you book a particular room, it is only a preference. This hotel and other like it are package holiday destinations too and are going to be full, so you may not get your preference. In our case, we had booked a room with twin beds, but we were given a double. The staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in through to the life guards and the catering staff. Of all the hotels I stayed with on our trip, my 8 year old said this was the best. An added bonus was that the beach is only a five minute walk away, so when the pools shut at 5pm, it's easy to spend some more time in the water on a sandy beach. Overall, I do highly recommend Laguna Park, with just a couple of caveats.

Prisvärt toppen boende för barnfamiljer
Jätte bra och prisvärt hotell då jag reste ensammen med mina två barn 6 och 8år. Rent och snyggt överallt. Super god och varierande mat och extra plus för glassen. Bra ordnat runt poolen och alla aktiviteterna med värdarna var toppen. Enda negativa var att de spelade för hög musik hela dagen runt poolen och att det inte var wifi på rummet.
