„Unbelievable treehouse! Amenities included fire pit, hot tub and grill. John the host was wonderful. Can’t say enough!“

„We enjoy this property and the wonderful host(s). We are likely to stay again the next ime we are in Nephi.“

„This is a very clean, welcoming home to stay in & I highly recommend it!! The host is very responsive to messages and clearly has your comfort as the highlight priority “

„Amazing property.“

„The place was great and we were traveling with 3 kids. The loft, the little playroom and the theatre room were a bonus in making this stay more fun than a staying in a typical hotel room.“

„The home was perfect for our family and the host was awesome to work with!“

„Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do.“

„From Arizona! We came and stayed for a few days. This town home was very clean. They welcomed us with a little treat. Is a very calm neighborhood. This town home is so beautiful and the host meet all our needs as well. Thank you so much! Will definitely be booking next time we come back into town!“

„Perfect location right on the beach! The fire pits are private from each other. Great stay!“

„It had nice views, kitchenette was well equipped and cozy bed. Would stay here again.“

„Very disappointing! Do not book if you are expecting air conditioning! We really loved the beach and the scenery around the property. The pod was also very nicely decorated. However, do not book this property if you are expecting air conditing. It had an evaporated cooler which did not cool the pod at all. And in August it was so miserable. We also experienced a heavy amount of bugs. Lots of little bugs on the floor that we had to kill and no broom was left to clean it up or to clean up the sand ...

„The house was beautiful. The grounds were as well. It was an easy check in, and we had such a great time. Definitely will come back again and stay longer!!!“

„I don't believe I realized the age of the home, dueto the recent renovated online photos when I reserved this property. Check-in was easy & it has some unique property moments throughout. The biggest issue was the lack of air circulation, especially throughout the top floor, which made the AC really struggle. We stayed for 3 evenings. When we initially got there, we set the thermostat for 70 with it being 88 outside. The coolest it got on the main floor was low of 72 the following morning, but ...

„This is second year we have rented this lake house for a family reunion. They have improved the house with more grass and a fire pit. The grandkids loved the hot tub. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the owner was quick to respond. This house is close to yuba and though it was cold we still enjoyed our stay.“

„Everyone enjoyed the house. Thank you for renting it to us for our trip to Little Sahara Utah.“

„It was perfect. Had all the admitites included. All we had to bring was toys and food. My family all enjoyed it very much. Can't think of a single thing to complain about it. Just perfect!“
