The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.





Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.





A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.





Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees. The pool can be heated with the extra daily charge of 50Euros.
