This is a lovely apartment with a great view where you can sit and watch the world go by. The secure parking is nice to have as it’s makes it easy to move your luggage to the apartment and as it’s covered a bonus when it’s raining. The apartment has everything you need and the bedroom is a good size. The property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. There is a bar below and a few other shops which are handy for takeaways or eating in. It’s great that’s it’s within walking distance of the beach and children’s play area Would stay again if in this area

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and across the road from the beach. Very secure undercover parking. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need. Great balcony to enjoy the sun.

Nice apartments
Nice apartment. Close to the beach and essentials. Parking is plenty but a bit tight and checkin requires calling a number as the manager doesn’t appear to be located on site.

Beautiful view of mountains and apartment was lovely. Well stocked with nice utensils/equipment/furnishings. Not far from airport/restaurants and short drive into Nelson. Very enjoyable.

Great location - washing machine and full cooking facilities. Under cover parking right outside your door and a short stroll to Tahunanui beach. Lovely balcony with a view of the sea.

The pros: great location close to beach and restaurants; the apartment was spacious; the person at reception very friendly; good cutlery/pans; good appliances; wifi was good The cons: we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and the bedroom didn't have a window so you only get air from the aircon; lights in bedroom weren't great; only 4 hangers for 3 people and no drawers/shelves so we had to keep our clothes in our luggage (on the floor); nice balcony but very noisy as it overlooks the main road; we had to make our sofa-bed on arrival

A stunning aspect, handy to everything, by car or walking. The views were remarkable. There is quite a lot of road noise, but to be expected, it didnt disturb sleep. The dining chairs need to be replaced as soon as possible the vinyl is all cracked and split and a couple of the chairs are actually unsafe to sit on. A very comfortable apartment, but a bit tired. Would I stay again, at that price only if the furniture was fixed up and the curtains rehung.

The view was beautiful and the living area was spacious. The second bed room was an unusual shape making it small for two single beds. All of the beds were very hard. They urgently need to replace the mattresses or at the very least get toppers.

This place is awesome. Great if you have kids with the parks & beach just across the road. Great coffee down stairs and beautiful well equipped rooms. The only downer is the very busy road can make it very noisey at night in the front bedroom or sitting on the deck.

Very convenient location for tavel in the area and adjacent eateries, walks also every secure. Housekeeping more frequent, only once in days! The apartment was a good size, well appointed and the bed comfortable. The carpets had multiple stains/marks and curtains were not completely attached to th rails, worked ok but not a good look, for the room rate. Overall, a good location and stay

Hotel by the water
We were a party of four that stayed one night. The location was decent — by the water, with the CBD less than 10 minutes away by car. I checked in late, and the building manager was responsive and came to greet me immediately (after hours!) once I called him about my arrival. The apartment was huge, with two rooms and two bathrooms. We did our laundry and cooked a light meal, so the facilities were more than sufficient.

We arrived later in the day and the front desk made themselves available for us to check in later in the evening. Hotel had a great location and access to the beach, restaurants and other activities. Minor street noise quiets down later in the evening. Room was very clean except for three minor things: food stain on carpet near dining table, old drink straw under sofa, unfolded extra blankets in linen closet. I was surprised to see these things since the room was otherwise immaculate. Would stay again due to easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Modern apartment close to beach
Location opposite beach is a plus but it’s a couple of miles out of town. Very comfortable with great views. Only suggestion would be to upgrade bedding. Great patio but quite a bit of traffic noise. Washer dryer a plus. Would stay there again

A great location and friendly staff. The unit was lovely but the carpet was in need of a commercial clean. It had a lot of marks in various places. The shower was great. The bedroom was very quiet but had a high window above the bed with constant light from the car park area. It could be a nuisance if you wanted a bedroom with darkness. The bed was excellent and since I have had on going problems with my back I found it great. The lounge also offered different seating options for people with back problems. A lovely outdoor area as well.

Germans on Tour
I had two co-workers over from Germany to look at work we were undertaking. They were amazed by the view and the standard of the accommodation. A big plus was the restaurant downstairs and proximity to the beach.
