Die Studios haben eine sehr gute Lage, sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Motel mit kleinen Schwächen
Hatten ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer, daher keine richtige Dusche. Alles war nach dem Duschen nass. Das Zimmer war gross. Das WLAN muss verbessert werden, zeitweise konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da zu viele Geräte Netzwerk angemeldet waren. Gute Kafe des Hotels.

Modern and clean rooms. Thanks to Sandra and her husband for their great hospitality. We enjoyed a very warm and friendly staying over here and received many helpfull advices.

Komfortabel und zentral
Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet und perfekt für Selbstversorger. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen DVD Player im Zimmer und eine kleine Auswahl von DVDs an der Rezeption. Bis zum i-site waren es ca. 5 min. zu laufen, zur Innenstadt ca. 10 Min. und zur Kathedrale und zum Busbahnhof ca. 15 Min.

Das Studio war top, bis auf dass das dritte Bett ein Klappbett mit Krankenhauscharme war und die Matratze komplett durchgelegen war, daher Punktabzug. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Diese Appartements sind für diesen Preis absolut empfehlenswert! Es fehlt an nichts und der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und somit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Manager sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Haben uns bei unserem weiteren Trips sehr gut beraten!

Very nice Studio units just outside the center of Nelson. Lots of nice touches: the jetted tub, a washer dryer in the room, among them. I was very comfortable here. A few very minor problems or flaws (a key that stuck in the door, uninspiring view over a parking lot), but I would not hesitate to stay here again. It has everything one needs to enjoy wonderful Nelson and the surrounding area.

We loved this place! We had a warm welcome and two dinners at the Tides Eatery riverside patio across the street, where we fully relaxed after a long trip one day and a long hike the next. Our favorite thing about the room was the free laundry. Our least favorite thing was the rather hammock-like rollaway bed. It needed a suitcase and pillows underneath for support. But all in all, we’d happily stay here again.

Exceptional Rooms but poor communication.
The room was exceptional with the most amazing shower! The start to my stay wasn't that great as I arrived to a notice on the door to say I had to go to another motel to check in. When I went to the other motel to check in I was told that this information had been emailed to me and texted. The email was sent at mid day when I was already travelling (and NO reception) - they should email you this information when you book ie a week before! No text recieved either. After 8 hours of driving this was just a hassle I didn't need.

Very much enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, lots of room, & like having laundry facilities in our bathroom. Very good place to go from & come back to while exploring the area. Enjoyed Tides restaurant, good food, just across the road. Staff was helpful on places to see. If I lived closer would come again. Great places for people travelling around the country.

Fabulous stay
12 out of 10 for a superbly run property. I had a clean, comfortable, modern room with a superb galley style kitchenette with hob, dishwasher & combi-oven/microwave. Cleaned everyday and restocked with goodies every day too. The hotel is located at the far end of Trafalgar Street so just a short 5 minute walk into the City centre for shops, restaurants & entertainment. Everyone at DeLorenzo’s were polite, friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and will be back.
