Located in beautiful Atawhai, just a few minutes drive along the highway from the city. This area overlooks the stunning Haven Estuary, Nelson's iconic Boulder Bank and spectacular Tasman Bay, fringed by oft snow-capped mountains on the other side. A cycling trail provides easy access to the city and nearby Miyazu Gardens and Founders Park.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Noise in the area - All properties along the water frontage and SH6 are subject to some road & port noise. This property is set back from the road, screened by vegetation, largely double glazed and well insulated. Noise isn’t a problem for most guests, but we feel it's a courtesy to flag this with all potential bookers.

• Personal Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

• Spa Pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

• Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking and driveway areas.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
