„We loved our stay! The location is great and the property had everything we needed. The bathroom is pristine and the shower is heavenly. Well-equipped kitchen, which was important for us so we could cook our own meals. The supermarket downstairs is brand new and the prices are very competitive. Just a short walk through downtown Negril to the beach. Highly recommend, and we will definitely book again.“

„The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We're definitely going back for another stay!“

„Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. „Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted.“

„The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts.“

In addition to the features listed in Vrbo, it's also well-stocked with supplies (moisturizer, bottled water, washing detergent, packaged toothbrushes, etc.). „Myself and a couple of friends stayed here early June. The location was just what we needed; close by everything, right on the beach with food and live music walking distance. The unit was nice & clean. Check in/check out was a little hazy as I didn’t get a response back with instructions. „Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in. ...

"I love this place! The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of 7 mile beach, with numerous restaurants closeby. After having stayed at standard and superior rooms before we went for a Junior Suite this time and it was perfect for our small family of 3 - spacious, 2 comfy queen beds, with a big balcony overlooking the pool and just a few feet from the restaurant, beachbar and the ocean. As usual the staff took great care of us - they always go out of their way to make the guests feel special while staying super professional. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the beach is amazing! We will keep coming back for more! "
