Situated within walking distance of the most relevant landmarks of the city such as cliff jumping, bars, supermarkets, a cannabis dispensary, and the finest restaurants Negril has to offer. The property feels secluded and nestled in between a large variety of exotic fruit trees, tropical plants, and colorful hammocks.

This private cottage is located at Bak A Yaad property, therefore guests have access to a waterfall pond, the outdoor pool, and a clubhouse, where you will find our video game room, table tennis, corn hole, and a large selection of board and card games.
The cottage sleeps 2, additional guests stay at an additional charge. It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette which includes: all necessities for cooking, a fully stocked mini-bar (with a price list), a toaster oven, 2 burner stove, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The cottage has an outdoor patio, a queen-size bed, large smart Tv, Wifi, and a private bathroom with a shower.
