„This older house made us feel at home. The view over the lake is amazing. We got a perfect view of a double rainbow from the hot tub. The fenced yard allowed us to bring our dogs making the trip that much easier. „This was my second trip staying at this home. The host is very responsive and pleasant to work with. The home is clean, cozy and is stocked with small amenities such as spices, antibiotic ointment, bug spray and recreation maps of the area. I visit Big Bay multiple times a year this is now the first place I check for availability!“

„The house is always very clean and we love sitting on the back deck and watching the wildlife that walk through we’ve seen deer and a black fox and I believe I saw a young moose this trip. This is our second time staying here and it’s the only house my husband wants to stay at. We will definitely be back next year.“

„Heather is a fabulous, responsive host and the location could not have been better for our stay during the Marji Gesick. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a cute lakefront park. While the listing states there are 2 bedrooms, access to the second bedroom and the bathroom requires passing through the first bedroom, so it is not a truly private space, which is something to consider depending on who you are travelling with.“

„My husband and I stayed here for eight nights and we were very pleased with it! The house is cozy and well-equipped (very much appreciated the French press in the kitchen!) and comes with a detailed guide to the property and the area. The street is beautiful and quiet, but still an easy walk or drive to the downtown core. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with. We'd happily stay here again next time we're in town!“
