More spacious than we were expecting with plenty of spaces for the children to play, including the backyard turf area which they loved! Jessica was always prompt in her communication with quick replies to our questions.“

„Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience.“

We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. „Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set. ...

„A beautiful, well-managed property only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Idaho Springs. The house itself is gorgeous and is only outshone by the surrounding nature. Every morning we got to sit on the spacious porch and watch the sunrise against the mountains while listening to the little creek that runs right infront of the house.
