„No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. I reached there night at 8 no hot water ask the reception I was told technician would be there shortly waited till 10:00pm no response“

„Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. „Haken für die Kleidung wären gut, normalerweise ist die Decke über dem Leintuch, hier ist es umgekehrt. Das Essen ist gut, ein Supermarkt in kurzer Distanz zu Fuß erreichbar. Es dauert lange bis Nadi mit dem Bus, um 6 Uhr morgens fliegt das erste Flugzeug am Guesthaus vorbei und leider wurde um die gleiche Uhrzeit hinter dem Haus Holz gesägt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.“

„The hotel is located in a quiet and nice area close to a small town (10 min drive by bus or taxi). The front sea is nice for snorkeling but not for swimming (corals). We had a small but nice deluxe house with sea view. The breakfast is nothing special, almost every day the same and no buffet (but always fresh fruits). The water didn't work for several nights (4), sometimes they fixed it after a call to the reception. HOWEVER: we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, because the hotel staff ...

„Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.“

„Room was ok. We arranged a driver to pick us up. Unfortunately the driver disappeared without notice (the immigration process took some time). So we had to arrange a taxi and pay the taxi. The hotel than also wanted us to pay additionally the driver that disappeared, because that's their policy. After long discussions we made clearthat we don't pay a driver that disappears without notice. So we werereally upset on this behaviour and it took sone time to bring blood pressure on a normal level. “

„Sehr einfaches Resort, große Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Man kann das benachbarte 5 Sterne Resort ShangriLa mitbenutzen. Das macht das Geckos attraktiv. Ansonsten wäre nur ein kleiner Pool vorhanden, aber kein Strand. Taxi zum Shangrila kostet 4FJD. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten - viel Sonne. Restaurant nicht ganz günstig.“

„Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.“

„We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days.
