This single-story home is perfect for a couple, a family, or a business trip.

The accommodation includes:

- A LIVING/DINING AREA: A dining area with a bar that seats 4 people, as well as a living area with a sofa and armchairs.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- A FIRST BEDROOM: It features a standard bed (140x200cm) and a small walk-in closet.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: It features two twin beds (90x200cm) and a small walk-in closet as well.

- A BATHROOM: A bathroom with a single sink and a bathtub. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

- OUTDOOR AREA: Outdoor furniture is available (grill, 2 lounge chairs, outdoor table and chairs...).

## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The apartment does not have a designated parking spot, but you can park on the grass in front of the cottage.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
