„We had an unforgettable time at the Pink House. It was an iconic location in a safe neighborhood made for a stay we’re never going to forget.Communication with the property was a little difficult leading up to our stay. We didn’t have the check-in code until an hour before we arrived, which I’m sure is standard, but added a little anxiety the day of.However, once we were there, the property was very responsive. „This beautiful and charming house is in a perfect location. La Condesa is a great walkable neighborhood with many options for dining with great food. We had three couples and six kids split between the eight bedrooms with king size beds. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. The walk to Chapultepec from the house was only 15 minutes. The host was very helpful and responds quickly with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place. “

"Das InterContinental Presidente in Mexiko-Stadt ist ein exzellentes Hotel in der gehobenen Gegend von Polanco. Die Lage ist ideal für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisende, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Das Hotel selbst bietet eine Vielzahl an Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Küchen, die alle sehr zu empfehlen sind. Besonders die Lounge ist ein Highlight und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre mit tollem Service. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Mexiko-Stadt!"

"Musste dreimal einscheken Das ganze dauerte fast 5 Std 1 PM Zimmer noch nicht verfügbar. Jedoch alle Daten aufgenommen Musste in 1-1/2 STD nochmals vorbei gehen Könnte aber im der Louge Premium Level warten. 2:30 PM Zimmer weiterhin noch nicht bereit. 4:00 PM Einchekunggemacht jedoch Zimmer mit Doppelbett reserviert einzelbett. Weithin in der Louge warten Ca. 6 PM Nochmals Einchecken. Zimmer mit Doppelbett abgegeben Lange Wartezeiten im interne service. Schlechte verbindungen Keine Antworten Personal wenig hilfsbereit. Zum ateil waren 5-8 Personen an der Reception jedoch nur am Plaudern. Personal im Premium Louge sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. "
