„The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower.
When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints.
We did not stay either night we had booked here, we found alternative lodging that was nicer for ...

„The owner was incredibly friendly, greeting us with a complimentary drink and a hot towel right at check-in. Our room came stocked with coffee and tea, and we were also allowed to check in an hour early. Throughout my stay, the host was extremely attentive, always ensuring we had everything I needed. I could simply send a text if I wanted a ride, had questions about local activities, or needed help with food delivery. „The property advertised free WiFi.
It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired.
As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund.
And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill.
And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
