„Tolles sauberes Hotel. Weiterzuempfehlen!“

„Clean room, a little small, but ok, nice shower, very nice and helpfull staff, good food, nice roof top restaurant & bar. Market with nice shops (books, fine clothes & computer) and small restaurants nearby. Quiet and spacefull places under huge baniantrees with lots of birds & squirls...“

„I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED. “

„It is a hotel for locals. Staff was nice ans room was fairly clear. “

„Das Zimmer war praktisch, es hatte sogar ein Fenster. Das am Vortag bestellte Frühstück hat nicht funktioniert. Die Nacht war ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut.“

„Nice and clean place, helpful staff.“

„Wifi ok. Location perfect. Shower very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is a joke however, 2 tiny eggs with a few toasts with ZERO thing on them, zero butter zero jam. I paid an extra 8cad for the breakfast but this was NOT worth AT ALL. Front staff is very helpful, ONLY the day staff. Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable. Can be a ...

„At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience“

„Hotel condition and cleanliness is really bad! Would not recommend “

„I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was ...

„I arrived after traveling for over 6 hours to check in, and after letting my taxi leave, the hotel employee that watched me arrive told me I could not stay there. He said they did not have the appropriate paperwork (C form) for international check in, so I should cancel the room with my booking agent. This was not what I expected, and I was supposed to meet friends and have dinner shortly, but instead, I had to cancel the room, find another hotel and a taxi, all while the hotel staff hid in the ...

„I don’t like 5*Hotel staff walking around in hoodies. Staff is very young and lacking professionalism from my opinion. Airport pickup didnt work as requested. Left me uninformed, when car had an issue and oickup delayed“
