„Myself and my two elementary-aged kids stayed here during the summer and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient to both walk downtown and drive 15 min up cottonwood canyon to hike along the CO Trail. It felt bigger than the pictures and provided plenty of space for us. „This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!“

„Our family (spouse, adult children & grandchildren) spent 2 nights here. Great location and layout of the home. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Just be aware that the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning. It cooled enough at night with the windows open, but some of the windows do not have screens and none of the windows on the back bedroom/sun porch open.“

„We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of amenities in the kitchen so we could cook some meals together. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with a few questions we had. The view of the snow-dusted Collegiate peaks was incredible!“

„Stayed for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. Weather didn't go as planned but we had a great time anyway. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Upon arriving, maintenance stopped by to make sure we were set and answer any questions. It is within a couple minutes of town and hot springs. The views were beautiful, even had about a dozen deer come up to the house. Definitely recommend.“

„This was our second time staying and it's one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed at. They have thought of everything. It's a wonderful spot. One thing to note is there are a lot of air fresheners and fragrances at this home. This is tough for our family so mentioning it in case it's tough for yours.“

„The listing accurately reflects the rental. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the hot tub alongside the creek. One thing to note - I would say this place is less pet friendly and more pet tolerable. They block off the master bedroom saying pets are not allowed in it, which is a bummer if you have your pet sleep in the same room.
