Modern home, 3 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, attached 2-car garage, super convenient to everywhere in the city. This stylish home is perfect for your time in Nashville. The home features a main floor with a huge open floor plan including the kitchen, dining, and living room all furnished with cozy, beautiful furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking supplies. All bedrooms have a smart TV, and extra linens for easy maintenance. There is a balcony off the living room.
The space
The home is a freestanding, single family home with three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Not kidding! Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one king.

The main floor (second floor) features a large kitchen island with three West Elm stools, a gorgeous table for 8, and a relaxing living space. The kitchen comes equipped with all of the equipment to cook, bake, and host a large meal with all of the fixin's! The pantry is also enormous!

The living room features a West Elm chaise, with two additional chairs centered around a 65" LG TV professionally hung with cords behind the wall and dual speakers for amazing sound. The TV is plugged directly into the ethernet for top streaming speed! There is also a half bath on this level.

The laundry room is on the top floor (same floor as two bedrooms) and features high-end Maytag washer and dryer, with room for folding and hanging. This is also home to the Dyson vacuum.

The attached two-car garage makes parking safe and easy, while additional dedicated parking for the home is available on the street.

Entry into the garage is in the back off of the ally on Snyder road.
Guest access
This is a whole home rental, so you have access to the whole home.
The first time you arrive you will need to enter through the front door, but after that you can use the garage clickers to come in through the garage if you want to.
The only space that will be locked is a closet in the garage that houses the hot water heater and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
This was our home, and we absolutely love it. It's a perfect home for your Nashville trip because it's just a quick drive to downtown or wherever you need to be around the city. Interstate 40 is about two minutes away, and that will get you where you need to be. There are lots of restaurants in the area as well.
If you have a dog, there is not really a good place to go off-leash directly near the house. We had a dog when we lived there and just had to take him out on a leash. There are several great dog parks nearby that we include more information on in our guidebook.
