Auch wenn die Unterkunft auf dem Grundstück von Erin und Charlie ist, bekommt man von deren Anwesenheit nichts mit. Man hat komplett seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Alles war tip top sauber und Erin hat an alles gedacht , Kaffee war da, Wasser stand im Kühlschrank bereit und zum aufwaschen und Körperhygiene war alles vorrätig. Einfach ...

„We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans.“

„This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville “

„So enjoyed our stay! So clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. We wanted somewhere out a little to enjoy the leaves and "the country" but not too far away from things. Quick drive from Leipers Fork and Franklin. Beautiful setting but also a great t.v. for at night. Will definitely go back!!“

„I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!“

In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es außerdem ein paar Bars und Restaurants sowie einen Supermarkt, man ist somit bestens versorgt. “
