Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. My special requests were also carefully considered and handled with great attention, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous and always had a smile on their face, making the stay even more pleasant. From the very first moment, you truly feel welcomed and well taken care of. This was already my second stay with Taj in Mumbai, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this hotel."
